But more than a banking institution, the BIS is a spiritual infrastructure. Revelation 17 speaks of ten kings who “have one mind” and give their power and authority to the Beast. That unity is not born in parliaments or military alliances—it is engineered in Basel. Every major central bank—from the U.S. Federal Reserve to the People’s Bank of China—interacts with BIS frameworks, directly or indirectly. BIS sets the regulatory tone through Basel Accords I, II, and III, which define how banks are to behave, what they must hold, and how they must submit.

They are watching the markets, not the heavens.
