My walk with the Lord
August 22nd 2008. That was the day I realized that I knew it all wrong. Or maybe it was a progression from then up until now. Regardless, this was a pivotal point in my life. I had been sober for two years and the promise I made to the Lord when I was dying in the hospital was still lost in my subconscious. But that date was the date when I knew I still was lost. There was something missing in my life. It turned out to be Jesus.
I had been a Christian my entire life. So I thought. When I was 12, I was baptized in a river by choice and from then on I always knew how to speak in tongues. As a child, I always talked to the Lord but it grew into more of a passing by rather than a relationship when I reached my high school and adult 20's. I thought that all I needed to do was accept Jesus was God's Son and all my sins would be forgiven. I didn't realize that repentance was the first word out of Jesus' mouth when He came back from the wilderness from being tempted by sin.
August 22nd 2008, was the day I went to my first real bible study. And the first thing I wrote in my journal was Mathew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and all His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. That proved to be 100% truth for me for the past year. I started seeking the Kingdom. In return, Jesus has worked extreme miracles in my life.
This month, I have focused heavily on the word repent and the meaning of it. It's the classic argument that has been raging on the church for decades. Do we have to repent or just accept the Lord is our God and that's it? You can read more about what I think is the truth below in this month's articles. I have said enough on it.
But ever since I started to truly repent, things have gotten better for me and my family. In my heart, I have tried to daily die like Paul. Die from my sins. Every day all I think about is my actions and if I am sinning or not. I catch myself doing it over and over. That is the argument. If we're going to continue to sin anyways, why try and stop sinning? Why repent? I think Jesus saw my heart.
My heart was crying to rid my life of sin. I truly did not want to sin anymore. So since last year, I have been trying to do everything I possibly can to repent - turn away from it. Have I been successful? Well, not 100%, but I have claimed victory over many sins that I committed regularly.
My walk with the Lord will continue to be rocky and shaky. But He died for those sins from the past and present. One thing I have felt in my heart is that if I sin and know I am sinning, I am denying Jesus' gift. So, what needs to be done when I do this is to keep asking God to help me and to turn away from. I learned that this gets easier and easier.
Will I ever rid sin in my life? No. Will I continue to sin? Yes. Do I want to sin? NO. Does sin affect my walk with the Lord? Yes, because I lose His anointing. When I sin, God pulls away. Not away from my soul or life, just the anointing. The anointing are the miracles and blessings that often occur when I am dying daily like Paul. When I wake up and first thing ask God to forgive me and ask the Holy Spirit to make my decisions for me, I find I sin less. When I wake up and be a part of the world, I sin more.
My walk with the Lord is half and half. One day I die to sin and the next, I get caught up and forget to pray in the morning. It used to not be - it used to be worse. I used to never pray in the morning.
Last year, I was born again because I chose to turn away from sin and ask forgiveness. I chose and accepted His righteousness. I ask Him to help me stop all sin. In return, He showed me tiny minute things I have done that hindered my walk with Him. Of course, there are more things that I need to work on but the hope I have is that I see myself last year and see myself this year and the difference is dramatic.
What kind of difference you ask? I will keep those to myself. But the joy and glory is wonderful to feel. I thank all of that to Jesus.

Forced Vaccinations Report:
American Suicide - A Warning
by, Former CO Gov Dick Lamm
9-14-9
source
Wherever you stand, please take the time to read this; it ought to scare
the beejeebers out of you.
We know Dick Lamm as the former Governor of Colorado. In that context,
his thoughts are particularly poignant.
Last week, there was an immigration overpopulation conference in
Washington, DC, filled to capacity by many of America's finest minds and
leaders. A brilliant college professor by the name of Victor Hansen
Davis talked about his latest book, 'Mexifornia,' explaining how
immigration - both legal and illegal was destroying the entire state of
California. He said it would march across the country until it destroyed
all vestiges of The American Dream.
Moments after that, former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm stood up
and gave a stunning speech on how to destroy America
The audience sat spellbound as he described eight methods for the
destruction of the United States...
He said, "If you believe that America is too smug, too self-satisfied,
too rich, then let's destroy America. It is not that hard to do. No
nation in history has survived the ravages of time. Arnold Toynbee
observed that all great civilizations rise and fall and that 'An autopsy
of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.''
"Here is how they do it," Lamm said...
"First, to destroy America, turn America into a bilingual or
multi-lingual and bicultural country. History shows that no nation can
survive the tension, conflict, and antagonism of two or more competing
languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be
bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual.
The historical scholar, Seymour Lipset, put it this way: 'The histories
of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not assimilate are
histories of turmoil, tension, and tragedy.'
Canada , Belgium , Malaysia , and Lebanon all face crises of national
existence in which minorities press for autonomy , if not independence.
Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria suppressed an ethnic
rebellion. France faces difficulties with Basques, Bretons, Corsicans
and now Muslims."
Lamm went on:
"Second, to destroy America, invent 'multiculturalism' and encourage
immigrants to maintain their culture. Make it an article of belief that
all cultures are equal; that there are 'no' cultural differences. Make
it an article of faith that the Black and Hispanic dropout rates are due
solely to prejudice and discrimination by the majority. Every other
explanation is out of bounds."
"Third, we could make the United States an 'Hispanic Quebec ' without
much effort. The key is to celebrate diversity rather than unity. As
Benjamin Schwarz said in the Atlantic Monthly recently: 'The apparent
success of our own multi-ethnic and multicultural experiment might have
been achieved not by tolerance but by hegemony. Without the dominance
that once dictated ethnocentricy and what it meant to be an American, we
are left with only tolerance and pluralism to hold us together.' Lamm
said, 'I would encourage all immigrants to keep their own language and
culture. I would replace the melting pot metaphor with the salad bowl
metaphor. It is important to ensure that we have various cultural
subgroups living in America enforcing their differences rather than as
Americans, emphasizing their similarities.'"
"Fourth, I would make our fastest growing demographic group the least
educated. I would add a second underclass, unassimilated, undereducated,
and antagonistic to our population. I would have this second underclass
have a 50% dropout rate from high school." (mission accomplished. -ed)
"My fifth point for destroying America would be to get big foundations
and business to give these efforts lots of money.
I would invest in ethnic identity, and I would establish the cult of 'Victimology'.
I would get all minorities to think that their lack of success was/is
the fault of the majority. I would start a grievance industry blaming
all minority failure on the majority platform."
"My sixth step for America's downfall would include dual citizenship,
and promote divided loyalties. I would celebrate diversity over unity. I
would stress differences rather than similarities. Diverse people
worldwide are mostly engaged in hating each other - that is, when they
are not killing each other. A diverse, peaceful, or stable society is
against most historical precept. People undervalue the unity it takes to
keep a nation together.
Look at the ancient Greeks. The Greeks believed that they belonged to
the same race; they possessed a common language and literature; and they
worshipped the same gods. All Greece took part in the Olympic games.. A
common enemy, Persia , threatened their liberty. Yet all these bonds
were not strong enough to overcome two factors: local patriotism and
geographical conditions that nurtured political divisions. Greece fell.
'E. Pluribus Unum' -- >From many, one.. In that historical reality, if
we put the emphasis on the 'pluribus' instead of the 'Unum,' we will
'Balkanize America as surely as Kosovo."
"Next to last, I would place all subjects off-limits (for discussion).
Make it taboo to talk about anything against the cult of 'diversity.' I
would find a word similar to 'heretic' in the 16th century - that
stopped discussion and paralyzed thinking. Words like 'racist' or
'xenophobe' halt discussion and debate.
Having made America a bilingual/bicultural country, having established
multi-culturalism, having the large foundations fund the doctrine of 'Victimology,'
I would next make it impossible to enforce our immigration laws. I would
develop a mantra: That because immigration has been good for America, it
must always be good. I would make every individual immigrant symmetric
and ignore the cumulative impact of millions of them."
In the last minute of his speech, Governor Lamm wiped his brow. Profound
silence followed. Finally, he said, "Lastly, I would censor Victor
Hanson Davis's book 'Mexifornia.' His book is dangerous. It exposes the
plan to destroy America. If you feel America deserves to be destroyed,
don't read that book."
There was no applause. A chilling fear quietly rose like an ominous
cloud above every attendee at the conference. Every American in that
room knew that everything Lamm enumerated was proceeding methodically,
quietly, darkly, yet pervasively across the United States today.
Discussion is being suppressed. Over 100 languages are ripping the
foundation of our educational system and national cohesiveness. Even
barbaric cultures that practice female genital mutilation are growing as
we celebrate 'diversity.' American jobs are vanishing into the Third
World as corporations create a Third World in America Take note of
California and other states. To date, ten million illegal aliens and
growing fast. It is reminiscent of George Orwell's book '1984..' In that
story, three slogans are engraved in the Ministry of Truth building:
'War is peace,' 'Freedom is slavery,' and 'Ignorance is strength.'
Governor Lamm walked back to his seat. It dawned on everyone at the
conference that our nation and the future of this great democracy is
deeply in trouble and worsening fast. If we don't get this immigration
monster stopped within three years, it will rage like a California
wildfire and destroy everything in its path, especially The American
Dream.
If you care for and love our country as I do, take the time to pass this
on just as I did for you.
NOTHING is going to happen if you don't.

Are you a Pharisee Spirit?
I was told I am a baby Christian when I told someone that they need to repent. So, when I get in my 50's (I am 35 now), I am being told I will slow down on this teaching. I will mellow out and just know that I repented enough? What kind of Pharisee filth is that!?
Have you created your own "Christ" in your mind? Are you a Pharisee Spirit? Are you saying, "Oh no, not me. I am a good person. I gave $5 to a homeless person."
I am a baby Christian. I have been told that so many times for many years. My spirit is screaming aloud at what God has been waking me up to. A year ago, I was a happy go lucky Christian. Today, I am believing Jesus doesn't want me to be rich because if I was, how come I didn't send my wealth to those in need? God is opening up so many doors that I am almost overwhelmed with anguish.
I am so sorry Lord for being so zombified. I thought I knew God. I thought I accepted Jesus into my heart. I thought I knew enough to enter into the kingdom of heaven. I realize now, I did not. 3 years ago this week, I was yellow and in a hospital bed dying from alcohol abuse. My relatives did not think I was going to make it. My beautiful wife prayed for me and demanded God not to take me. Her prayer was answered. I believe mine was not.
God would have no mercy on me. None. He barely has any for me today. Before my true walk with the Lord, I was a drunkard. It says many times drunks don't go to heaven in the bible. Why? Because it's a sin of selfishness. I worshipped my buzz more than God. I told Him repeatedly day in and day out as I poured more poison down His creation's throat that I don't have time for Him. He would look at me in disgust. I would burn for eternity and have my turn in the lake of fire.
The gift that Jesus gave me was the ability to come clean of drinking. The price I paid was to repent and never do it again. Alcohol was just a few sins I did. God looks at all sin as the same, so repentance is THAT MORE important. I did not realize, even a year ago, that Jesus' gift to me was eternity only if I keep Him commandments. He said, look. I will forget the past. Let's wash you and clean you up. Now, I want you to be like me. Try your best.
And what do most Christians teach? It's ok to sin and fall down because the Lord will pick you up. He will forgive those sins, but not respect a luke-warm sinner who's excuse is "I have a weakness". That's denial. Not weakness. If you truly loved the Lord with everything you got, you would fear Him so deep that any sin you commit would cry out inside your body as if you made a terrible mistake and should never do it again.
We're at the brink of WWIII and Jesus' return and all Jesus hears from us is "We are weak, sorry dude". I don't buy into that. I don't buy into the Laodicean philosophy of all is well if you have Christ. Why aren't we on our knees in America begging God to forgive us? We're not! Instead, we're at the Taco Bell drive thru complaining they ran out of mild sauce! Where is our compassion for others? Where is the anguish!?
All I see in churches are preaching of love and how awesome God is when we ourselves have committed an atrocity by going into debt of buying a house we cannot afford. Why didn't we get the loan to build a church in Zimbabwe? If you really loved Christ, you would not be sitting at home thinking of the best way to get rich quick. If we truly followed the Creator, we would be doing everything in our power to tell others to stop sinning and follow us! Which Christ are YOU worshipping? Are you a Pharisee Spirit?
If you truly knew God was real, you would get off your mustard seed and dig deep in to prepare for His kingdom. You wouldn't be living in this world. You would recognize the awful things around you and the filth that comes from the airwaves and our mouths. You would be crying for God because of the lost souls that will and are going to perish not for 100 years but for all of what we know of foreverism - eternity. Now, I ask you this question. Do you really care?
An answer to my repentance question.
REPENTANCE---A Forgotten Doctrine
source
(Dear Christian visitor, please read all of this extremely important
article.)
Easy believism has taken over Evangelicalism and Fundamentalism. What
you are about to read is one of hell's best-kept secrets. In a nutshell
it is this:
The enemy in these last days of apostasy before Jesus comes back has
duped Christian pastors, evangelists, and "soul winners" into
proclaiming only part of the true Gospel message. They have left out of
their message the need to repent to be saved.
Some of the reasons why Christians have fallen for this trick of the
devil are:
First, and most important, is because most Christians are virtually
devoid of the power of the Holy Spirit. Most Christians have never been
filled with the Holy Spirit. They have never been endued with power from
On High. (The reasons for this are many, but primarily because they are
too carnal and comfortable, with one eye on the world and one eye on
God. They have divided hearts. They are not single-minded.) And, of
course, many who profess to be Christians never have been born again.
Second, because of the lack of power, many Christians do not have the
backbone to confront sinners with a message that includes the fact that
the sinner must repent to be saved.
Most sinners don't want to hear a preacher say they must repent of their
sins, they must turn from everything that they know is sinful. Even many
Christians get angry with a preacher that says they need to repent of
various sins including watching the filth on television, worldliness,
lukewarmness, covetousness, gluttony and many other sins in the lives of
most Christians today.
Third, most evangelists or "soul winners" want to minimize rejection, so
they try to make it as easy on the sinner as they can, thereby leaving
out the need for repentance to be saved.
Many evangelists are more concerned about numbers than they are about
true converts. They think if they can at least get them to make a
profession and get them to come to church, then maybe they will get
saved later. This is what Satan wants you to do as you sow tares with
the wheat and help build the end-time apostate Church.
The devil knows that those who make professions but are not truly
converted are not likely to hear a complete Gospel message in the
meetings of the saints, which is to say, they are not likely to hear of
their need to repent to be saved.
Telling someone he is a sinner is nothing new to him. He already knows
he is a sinner and likely will admit it. Simply telling him that he can
be forgiven of his sins if he will believe and trust Christ to do it
will not save him. He must repent or he will perish in his sins. Jesus
will not save him in his known sins, He will save him from His sins. But
one thing the sinner must do in addition to acknowledging his sinful
condition and that Jesus wants to forgive him and save him is repent!

The word "repent" or "repentance" in some form is used more than a
hundred times in the Bible. Telling people that they are sinners and
that they can have their sins forgiven is only part of the scriptural
evangelistic message.
There is no salvation in an unsaved person admitting that he is a
sinner. Telling a sinner that he can have his sins forgiven by trusting
Christ without telling him of the need for true repentance is not the
true Gospel message. Many sinners who are the victims of the
easy-believism half-truth message of Evangelicals and Fundamentalists
today are made twofold more a child of hell by this lie.
Telling a sinner that he is saved by praying that he wants his sins
forgiven and will trust Jesus to get him to heaven (the Roman Catholics
have done that) without telling him of the absolute necessity of
repenting of his sins, lets him think he has been saved when there has
been no true conversion. Therefore, later, he thinks he doesn't need to
be saved.
Jesus said, "Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not
prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy
name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I
never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity" (Mt. 7:22-23).
Part of the commission to the Apostles was that "repentance and
remission of sins should be preached" (Lk. 24:47). The first message
that Jesus preached after He was baptized and spent forty days in the
wilderness was "repent ye, and believe the gospel" (Mk. 1:15).
When Jesus first sent out the Twelve, "they went out, and preached that
men should repent" (Mk. 6:12). Jesus said, "The men of Nineveh shall
rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because
they repented at the preaching of Jonas" (Mt. 12:41).
Jesus told the crowd in Luke 13:3-5, "Except ye repent, ye shall all
likewise perish....except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."
In Peter's sermon recorded in Acts 3:19 he said, "Repent ye therefore,
and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out."
Paul said in Athens, "And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but
now commandeth all men every where to repent" (Acts 17:30).
Paul told the Ephesian elders that he "kept back nothing that was
profitable" to them, "testifying both to the Jew, and also to the Greeks
repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ" (Acts
20:20-21).

When Paul spoke before Agrippa he said, "Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I
was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision: but showed first unto them
of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea,
and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and
do works meet for repentance" (Acts 26:19-20).
Paul told the Corinthians, "For godly sorrow worketh repentance to
salvation" (2 Cor. 7:10). And Peter wrote that the Lord is "not willing
that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Pet.
3:9).
True repentance involves turning from everything that you know is
sinful. Jesus does not save anyone who refuses to turn away from any
known sin in his or her life.
Of the many "Gospel" tracts that I have read, the vast majority contain
the easy-believism half-truth being spread today by Evangelicals and
Fundamentalists. And all these tracts were published by so-called
conservative Fundamentalists. In them there is not one mention of the
need for repentance. There is not a single mention of the word "repent"
or "repentance" in spite of the fact that the New Testament is replete
with the message of the necessity of repentance for salvation.
Beloved Christian, check the Gospel tracts that you use. Check the
tracts in the so-called Christian bookstores. Do they include a message
of repentance? If not, I admonish you in the love of Christ, please
don't spread this subtle trick of the devil. This is not to say that God
can't or doesn't save anybody with these tracts. Jesus can, and does,
save in spite of what we ignorantly do. But our Lord wants us to
proclaim a scriptural, complete Gospel message.
The message from God today to the Evangelicals and Fundamentalists and
others who are guilty of spreading this watered-down gospel is REPENT!
Preach and proclaim a scriptural evangelistic message that includes
repentance!
And now, the lukewarm approach below. My personal emphasis in red.
Do I Have to Give Up My Sins to be Saved?
source
"And they went out, and preached that men should repent." —Mark 6:12
The answer is No! You do NOT have to stop sinning to be saved. No one
can stop sinning (Romans 3:23)! No one can live above sin—no one (Isaiah
64:6). Jesus Christ came into this world to save sinners. You do NOT
have to give up anything to be saved except your UNBELIEF. However, you
DO need to realize your sinful condition and "confess" (or admit) to God
that you are a sinner, deserving of hell. This is Biblical repentance,
i.e., "a change of mind." True
To be saved, a sinner simply needs to become "guilty" before God (Romans
3:19). Repentance is NOT forsaking one's actual sins, for that would be
self-righteousness? Huh? I don't get it? Repentance is acknowledging that I am guilty of
violating God's holy Law, and that I deserve to be punished in Hellfire
for my own sins. True. Thus, realizing one's need for a Savior. This is
exactly what Galatians 3:24 teaches, "Wherefore the law was our
schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by
faith." And the first word from our
schoolmaster when he came from the wilderness to be tested by sin was
"Repent".
A person who is convicted about their sin won't have the joyous attitude
that they can continue living in sin and still go to Heaven.
Are we supposed to frolic around this horrific
sinful existence exposed to sex and violence throughout all television,
magazines in grocery stores including gossip magazines worshipping
Hollywood Idols wondering if Bradjolina is fighting again?
I would
greatly doubt the salvation of anyone who rejoices that they can
continue living in sin. In the end of days as
we are in now regardless of how long we will be in it, are we supposed
to be rejoicing "in" our sin or rejoicing the fact that we turned away
from it and waiting on the Lord? This is one of the favorite arguments of
Lordship Salvationists. Why would this be such
a difficult argument to understand? All the "Lordship
Salvationists" are asking "you" to do is stop sinning! Is it so
hard to not buy the People magazine? Is it so hard to not curse?
Is it so hard to worship God on Saturday (the real Sabbath) and not buy
and sell that day? Is it so hard to stop looking at other opposite
sex in lust? Is it really so hard to stop lying? Is it
really so hard to stop worshipping Britney Spears? Is it really so
hard to focus all your attention on your Creator? The truth is that God holds believers
accountable for their words and actions (Romans 14:12; 1st Peter 4:17;
2nd Corinthians 5:10). Exactly and this
author will be accountable for telling other believers that it's
impossible to not sin therefore sin-away and repent for it all.
Repentance is a turn of mind. When you turn to Christ for forgiveness,
you have just turned your back on sin.
Therefore if you know you are sinning, why do you NOT stop? I think
there could be some leniency when it comes to sinning without knowing
it, but if you know you are blatantly sinning, you know you are denying
the Father and His Son's gift.
What is Biblical Repentance?
Repentance is a turn-around of mind! And
action! Whereas we were heading towards
hell-fire and destruction, we realized our sinful condition and turned
to the loving Savior Who shed His precious blood for our many sins (1st
Peter 1:18,19). Jesus died on the cross for
our previous sin people. To give us a chance to repent for future
sins. True, we will sin but a true believer will sin less and I
think eventually if they keep getting closer to God, He helpes them to
NOT sin. Repentance is a change of heart. Before we were saved,
sin was magnified in our life while Jesus was diminished. Now that we've
been born-again, Christ is magnified and sin is diminished.
If sin is diminished, then how come Reverend
Haggard can snort meth and have homosexual sex with prostitutes?
He is a Christian isn't he? I saw him on Oprah. He looked
really sorry, but wasn't crying his eyes out like swaggard.
As we grow
in the Lord, this trend should continue to where Jesus becomes
everything to us, and sin nothing. If Jesus
was everything to us, we would worship Him by sinning less and
eventually not at all. If Christ dwells in YOUR temple, you would
be writing and trying to warn others as I am. That is why I am
everyone's enemy right now. They don't want to turn from their
wicked ways. They are using Christ's "name" as their salvation and
not His gift.

Notice from the picture above that for a person to turn to Christ in
Heaven is to turn one's back on sin and hell.
True. Does a believer have to
repent to be saved? Absolutely! True.
But it's a repentance of the heart (a
turn-around of our heart) concerning Jesus Christ and our sins. Whereas
before we did not believe on Christ, now we do! Whereas before we lived
in sin with no conviction, now we are convicted for our sins.
Who is convicting us of our continued sin?
If I download an image off of Google Images without asking the
author/creator of the image permission, I am breaking the law. I
am stealing. The above pictures were taken from there. I am
absolutely 100% turning away from Christ because I "know" now that it is
stealing because I just looked it up. Something convicted me in my
heart to NOT WANT TO SIN. I am leaving the pictures up to prove my
point. It is
uncommon that new believers simply clean up their act right away; it
takes time for the Holy Spirit to work in one's heart.
True. It took me a year to get where I am
now, but I have a long way to go. It's a lifetime
process of growing. We grow with the milk of God's Word (1st Peter 2:2).
We are all woeful sinners (Romans 3:10,23). To be saved, a person MUST
realize their sinful condition. It is NOT enough simply to commit your
life to God or decide to turn over a new leaf. This is
self-righteousness and a false gospel. To be saved, you must confess to
God (not to men) that you are a wicked sinner in need of forgiveness,
and then believe on Jesus Christ to forgive you (Acts 10:43).
And stop sinning!
What a Wonderful Savior! That is not the
Savior that I am worshipping. He would tell me He never knew me if
I continued sinning.
Do you need to give up your sins to be saved? No; but you must
acknowledge them for what they are, wicked sins.
WRONG WRONG WRONG! Repent means to TURN AWAY
and not KNOW ABOUT YOUR CONTINUED SINS! You see friend, most
people refuse to acknowledged their sinful condition.
And most want to continue to sin. I've heard a young
woman say that since Adam and Eve were naked in Eden that pornography
must be acceptable with God. She is woefully wrong. Some people justify
immoral sex on the basis that God made the body beautiful. This is wrong
thinking. Others seek to justify smoking cigarettes on the basis that it
grows from God's earth, so it must be acceptable.
Rambling... This is of course
absurd. Poison Ivy also grows naturally, should we rub it all over our
bodies? Many people attempt to rationalize their sins; but God's Law
never changes. And the law is to turn
away from sin. Not recognize it and ask Jesus to forgive us while
we continue to do it. Pornography is of the Devil. Substance abuse is sinful.
Adultery is sinful. The Bible (Law of God) condemns our sins and we have
no excuses. So quit sinning.
"Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in
his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin." —Romans 3:20
And now since we know the law, tell me, why is
it ok to keep breaking it?
Do you have to give up your sins to be saved? No, just your unbelief. I
get upset when people teach "Lordship salvation." What is that? Lordship
salvation is the false doctrine that you must make Christ the "Lord" of
your life to be saved, that you must repent and depart from sin. That is
impossible! Is it? Can an obese person
lose weight? Can a serial killer stop committing murder?
Everyone is given a choice. They can choose to keep on sinning or
do everything in their power to stop. I think Jesus wants us to
find it, ask for forgiveness and end it. Sure, it's not easy.
Losing weight isn't easy and I am sure the Zodiac killer, after the long
unresponsive break he took wanted to still murder. It's all a
choice! There is no such thing as a believer who does not commit
sin. True, but there are only 10,000 Saints
that follow Jesus when He returns. Why only 10,000? We must
not sit on the fence and assume people like this is right. If we
go along with their doctrine, we are lazy and truly do not care.
We think we are saved so we can go along and eat our grass like sheep
and be happy. We are all woeful sinners. If I have to give up a certain amount of
sin to be saved, then how much do I have to give up?
As much as you possible can! All I am asking is
for you to just try it and continue to try it. What's wrong with
trying NOT to sin? Just because a
person accepts Jesus Christ as their personal Savior does not mean they
are above sin. As a matter of fact, getting saved is just the start of a
lifelong process. Try as hard as you may, you are going to walk in the
flesh at times and sin. Does this sound like
something Jesus would say? I have often said, "Christians at best are
people, and people at best are sinners." We can walk in the Spirit at
any given time; but the fact is that we're not always going to do so
because we are sinners. Now, our duty as
Christians are to talk amongst each other and call each other out on
their sins. After years of practice and taking this seriously,
wouldn't you think you would be a better person by sinning less?
Isn't repentance all about turning away from and not saying - oops?
A License to Sin?
No one has God's Permission to sin. If you want to be Biblical, a
believer does in fact have a license to sin.
And this is why 98% of the church will go to hell. Look it up.
I read two books about Hell and the people who are there were ones who
continued to sin. Sure they repented a few times. But not
continuously and they did not grow a relationship with Jesus and ask Him
to help them NOT to sin. No sin that a believer
commits can ever jeopardize one's Eternal Security. To teach otherwise
is to negate the gift of God and teach a false gospel of
self-righteousness. Who said the "salvationists"
are acting like God? Who said they are blasphemous? You
recognize they are more pure and holy. You see they have a
relationship with Christ. You would rather worship the anti-christ
by spewing blasphemous doctrine! Salvation is the gift of God, based upon Christ's
imputed righteousness to our account; and not any good of our own. We
are saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8,9). Salvation is
receiving; not giving. Who said anything
about giving or works? By not sinning, is that considered works?
I would think that would be giving Jesus glory. By not sinning and
repenting, you are telling Him you love Him more than anyone or anything
else in this entire facade. Repentance is the tool to get you
right with Him. It should not be taken lightly.
Believers who choose to live in sin will be "chastised" by God (Hebrews
12:8). Now the author completely just pulled a
hypocrite remark. I thought we could sin because Jesus will
forgive us if we say we're just sinners anyways? For anyone to be able to live in sin without conviction from
God's Holy Spirit means they are not saved, i.e., a "bastard" as Hebrews
12:8 states... "But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are
partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons." Certainly, many
believers do choose to live in sin; but they are miserable and know that
God does not approve. Every believer in Jesus Christ will give account
to God for the good and bad done on earth (Romans 14:12; 2nd Corinthians
5:10). This is what I have been talking
about. You can't use the name of Jesus as a crutch. You have
to give everything to Him. Including your sins past and present.
Do whatever you can to stop sinning. He even says to cut off your
hands and gouge out your eyes if they cause you to sin. Does that
sound like a joke? It's a strong metaphor and I would not take it
lightly. The road to the gates of Heaven is narrower than you
think.
Although the genuine believer does in fact has a "license to sin" if
they so choose; they certainly do NOT have God's permission to sin and
will be judged at The Judgment Seat of Christ (2nd Corinthians 5:10)
accordingly. Many believers will receive no rewards at this judgment and
will be ashamed and overwhelmed with tears (1st Corinthians 3:15; 5:5).
There you have it. If you "know" you are
sinning, you are going to hell. Sorry. You can't keep asking
Christ to forgive you. That is the lie that most evangelists think
they can get away with. Haggard thinks he can just keep on
sinning.

Nevertheless, say what you will, no believer will ever stand trial at The Great White Throne of Judgment for sins committed in this lifetime (Revelation 20:11-15). This is "why" there will be 2 separate and distinct judgments: one for the SAVED, and one for the UNSAVED. You get one shot at this. Once you know the truth, and by reading this, you just got exposed to it and have a choice to make. Tell me, am I getting through to you? Do you feel convicted? God flooded the world because of sin. Do you think now He's honky-Doory?
We are being tested right now. This "is" the end times. Satan is smart and is using all the tricks in the book. Now is NOT the time to be luke-warm on this subject. Why on Earth would anyone not read the bible? It tells you and the spirit tells you to turn away from your wicked ways. Stop it altogether and get right with the Lord. Constantly watch and monitor your mouth because it is as wicked as it gets.
Ask the Holy Spirit inside your heart. Get baptized in it. Don't be lukewarm and continue to ask Jesus to help you. All you are doing is becoming more Christ-Like. That's what He really wants. Read your bible. I am. And the more I read it, the more I am told by God that I am starting to open my eyes to the lie that is all around me. Repent!

FAITH LIKE A 2X4
This week I have been in my father-in-law’s old house that he is
restoring, it’s likely over 100 years old. The high walls are plaster
and lath, and it has solid oak floors. The 2×4s actually measure 2×4 in
the original part of the house. But where it has been added onto through
the years, the lumber dimensions just keep getting smaller and smaller.
In one part, the “2×4s” measure 1 7/’8 x 3 ¾. In another part of the
house, the “2×4s” measure 1 5/8 x 3 5/8. In the most recent additions,
the “2×4s” measure 1 ½ x 3 ½ . What’s the problem? trying to get the new
to line up with the old. The old is “full size” and full strength, while
each successive downsizing is weaker than the original, not to mention
smaller. So to make things fit, you have to shim and space and leave a
lot of hollow spots, which of course have no strength. This is the
problem carpenters face when trying to restore an old house, the new
stuff we have available today just doesn’t measure up with the original
materials the house was built with. It’s not only smaller and weaker and
inferior to the original, to make matters worse, it costs more.

The Lord showed me this today, as I was ministering to a man on the phone, I was walking around the house looking at the wood, and noticing the different dimensions of the lumber. Here the Lord revealed to me why we often come up short when using our faith against trials we face. To put it simply, we are facing trials that require full 2×4 faith, and we’re trying to get by with 1 ½ x 3 ½ faith.
How is it the faith we are using today doesn’t measure up? We have spent too much time listening to preachers, and not enough time reading the Word. Through the years, God has remained unchanged. The original scriptures remain unchanged. The Hebrew language is a complex mathematical formula in which every word has a numerical value, and the sum total of each line of words must add up the same each time it’s copied, or it’s wrong. Therefore, the scribes were able to ascertain the accuracy of the words they copied. Sentences had to match, pages had to match, numerical values had to match, or they were discarded and they started over. How is that significant? Simple, the Word was passed down generation to generation full strength, and it was never downsized to save ink or paper.
However, some preachers and churches have “watered down the Word”, by
making changes in the translations of certain words. Add to that error
brought in by some claiming promises the original scriptures never
included, or leaving out promises the original scriptures did include.
That necessitates going back to the original text to verify what the
Word truly says, and then adhering to that without wavering. Few people
are willing to do that, being lazy.
Far too many times I have found the faith being preached today brings
forth no real results. Oh, they holler and shout real loud and spew out
a lot of religious sounding stuff, but there’s no power from on high to
back it up. The true Gospel preached by Jesus and the original disciples
brought forth results, real tangible healings and miracles. I’ll call it
2×4 faith. It was the real deal, industrial strength faith.

Add a few hundred years and we’re hearing a watered down gospel that is not backed up by God because it is not His Word, but merely the words and doctrines of men. And we wonder why when we’re hit with trials, we fold like last week’s newspaper? The Lord told me years ago that if I would preach HIS WORD, then He would confirm it and back it up from heaven. But if I add my own “gospel” to it, He isn’t obligated to back it up, because He’s only obligated to back up the promises HE made. And that makes good sense. If I find your checkbook laying in the street and start writing checks, once you notify the bank it isn’t your signature on them, you will not be obligated to make those checks good. The same goes for the Gospel. If it is preached like it is written, God will back it up, and you have no worries, period.
You wouldn’t believe some of the stuff I’ve heard preached out there, outlandish stuff that has its roots in “traditions of men”, and some of it sounds real good, and most of it caters to the lusts of the flesh, but has absolutely nothing to do with the Word. Here’s a real-life application of that: make a circle of twenty people, and speak three or four sentences to the person on your right, and have them repeat what you said to the person on their right. I promise you, by the time it gets all the way around back to you, it will be different. Now, if you had written it down and told the person on the right to read it and pass it down, when it comes back around, it would still be the same, by virtue of the written word.
People often get up and start preaching out of their head, and leave
the Word laying there unread. Then gullible people hear that, and repeat
it, adding their own version of their understanding to it, and by the
time it’s been repeated a few dozen times, there isn’t much Word of God
left in it, if any. Then someone will take what was heard and apply it
to a trial he or she is facing, and upon finding it isn’t bringing any
relief to the situation, starts to doubt God’s providence and Word. They
pray claiming thus and thus, and it’s like the Lord says, Did I say that
in my Word? I don’t remember saying that. Remember, God only backs up
HIS Word.
Me, I like to read what God said in the Word, because that settles every
issue with “IT IS WRITTEN”. You and I can take our personal opinion of
what the Word says and a dollar and buy a cup of coffee with it, that’s
how much it’s worth. But God’s Word works, every time.
We can take 1 ½ x 3 ½ faith and call it 2×4 faith all we want to, but if our faith doesn’t measure up to the original, it will fall short of getting the job done every time, do you understand that? If it isn’t getting the job done like it did for the original disciples, then it isn’t the Gospel that Jesus preached, nor the full measure of what they had back then, but rather a down-sized economy version. People must stop listening to every “new revelation” preacher that comes down the pike with their promises that come up empty when the heat is on. There isn’t any “new revelation” out there, only the Word that was true in the beginning and it’s true today. When we build our faith upon the doctrines of men, it will fail us when we need it the most. That’s why Jesus warned us to beware of false prophets. The Word of God is the real deal, and if we stick with it, we are assured it will bring us victory in any situation.
When confronted with temptations and trials of the devil, Jesus said “It is written….” Evidently what was written in Jesus’ day was the real deal, because it worked. But are you sure that when YOU say, “It is written” that it is the same “It is written” that Jesus referred to? Because if it is, it will bring forth the same results for you that it did for Him. When the devil comes giving you trouble, and he will because that’s just his nature, be sure you have a 2×4 to hit him upside the head with, not just a stick.
The Second Coming - Why only 10,000 Saints?
Deut. 33:2; Dan. 7:10; Zech. 14:5; Matt. 25:3
In these scriptures, it talks about Jesus coming with 10,000 saints. Saints are the ones who died and went to Heaven to be with the Lord. But, why only 10,000? Is that the number of true repentance people out of 7 billion? Are these the ones who truly turned away from all sin?

The Lord does not want any one to perish, but most do. I have evangelized a little and it taught me that no one really wants to hear about God anymore. Some do, but the majority says no way.
As I try and gauge what the truth is, I have had many arguments relative to the subject of repentance. Most Christians believe that once you accept Jesus as your Lord and is the Son of God, you are saved. And they think there is nothing else you need to do via works lest one boasts.
Can it really be that easy and simple? Most Ministers believe that to be a yes. John 3:16 is all we need to know. But there are word trickery in play there and I do not trust the past holders of the bible whom have killed millions in the name of the Lord. I think something is truly missing. But what is it?
If Jesus only comes with 10,000 saints, what happened to the rest? Are they up in heaven chilling out? Does he not need that many to wipe out the evil doers? Or has the enemy pretty much won us over and we have no idea that we already have accepted the mark of the beast?

I read an article about our paper currency including the UK's IOUs actually have secret symbols and witchcraft writing that basically says if we accept this form of payment, we have accepted Lucifer as our Lord. Sounds ridiculous, but are you willing to gamble your eternity on this? Most are and don't care.
Maybe the mark of the beast has been accepted long ago when we moved off of Gold and Silver as currency. Ever wonder why there is so many symbols of nonsense on the Dollar? No one really cares, but if you dig deep into the occult, you will find that it's all blasphemous and the God on the Dollar is not referring to Jesus.
10,000 Saints are with Christ when He returns. That few of a number truly scares me. I am surprised things like this are not mentioned anywhere on the internet. I saw one article but it didn't talk about the reasons why only 10,000.
I am finding it hard to accept. Am I foolish enough to gamble my soul on the basis of what everybody else is telling me? That all you need to do is accept Jesus as Lord and Son but not repent? Then why does it say narrow is the path that leads to righteousness? This would tell me perfectly that whoever follows the norm or the majority is doomed. Maybe that's why God broke up the Tower of Babel and separated everybody into new tongues because we're pretty stupid when it comes to making our own decisions. It's easier for the masses to do it.

But what if I am right? When Jesus died for our sins, it was the new way of spilling blood on the altar hence you have to repent and call on Jesus just as they had to sacrifice animals without blemish which was costly back in the old-testament days? But accepting Jesus only doesn't hold any weight. It was costly to sacrifice for sins back then. Maybe our new cost is that we do not sin by repentance, hence, that is why Jesus spilled His blood?
A bull without blemish nowadays or cow is worth up to $1,000 - $5,000. Imagine what they were worth back then? So when we sin, is it that easy to just say, "Sorry Jesus"?
I don't get it.
God did some pretty cruel and crazy things in the old testament. Moses had to bicker with Him not to kill the stiff necked Jews many, many times. The God of the old is different than the God of the new. The whole thing just became so easy. Why? For God so loved the World that He gave His Son and whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16 again... Is it that simple? Or are we so smart now that we have to analyze everything and never will be satisfied until we are completely proven something. But what is proof anymore? You can go to jail for DNA at a crime scene and you're put away for the trust in some scientist who "thinks" they are doing it right and didn't switch the samples.

It says God loved the world. And it says should not perish. Something is missing. Just like the book of Enoch. I can't trust man and what he says is true. I can only read and make my own conclusions. And this conclusion is simple. I am too scared of God and letting Him down, therefore, I am not going to assume "I" am right and He is wrong just because of what some men put together and sold us as the bible. I personally am not going to gamble my eternity and assume what everything the bible says is accurate.
If I stand before the Lord, I will not say I did not believe in Him. I will say that with the mind He gave me, I made one thing as a rule and law to myself. Don't trust man. Trust your prayers with God. The path to destruction is wide. That is why I do not like large churches.
How dare anyone mock the Lord by assuming that they don't need or have to repent? Repenting is mentioned 56 times in the bible! Practice makes perfect. I will practice not sinning by saying I am sorry as many times to the Lord as I can until I finally just stop sinning altogether. I would like to be one of those 10,000 saints. Holy means separate from. I want to practice being separate from this world.
James Carner
Repenting is not just saying you're sorry...
I can't believe what I hear from some people who claim or call themselves "Christians". They truly believe that they do not have to repent of their sins. They are so misled. Why? Because when I say, "Just stop sinning" to them, they say, "I don't have to." Even people very close to me think that Jesus died for all their sins so they are going to heaven. I think the church nowadays are leading our people astray. The Bible is full of stories about repentance. John 3:16 is just one verse out of hundreds of thousands that tell you other instructions as to how to truly please God and live in His word.
You will not go to heaven if you continue to sin. If you know that downloading music on the internet is stealing and you continue to do it, you are denying Jesus on the cross. You are telling Jesus you worship the world instead of Him. And I am not just talking about downloading music. I am talking about allowing sin into your home. Accepting commercials with sex in them and continuing to watch the same television program is just one example of you not repenting. I am an outlaw according to this world. I do not accept our world's policies and procedures. I am a child of God and Jesus is my savior. Daily, I have to die like Paul did from my flesh in order to be in His glory.
No one wants to hear it. Most Christians are not Christians. May God have mercy on their souls. The sins are under the blood. If you understand what that blood represents, you would turn away from any and all wickedness. It's possible to do. You have to keep on trying. Turning away from sin is no a quick fix. You have to dig in and read the bible. It tells you all instructions as to how to be Christ-Like. If YOU are a Christian and THINK you are going to heaven, you'd better get on your knees and pray to God to get it right because your flesh may be talking. Even the highest leaders will be blind. Satan is now going after our leaders. It started with Jimmy Swaggard, led to Jim Baker and then to Haggard.

When I stand before God. He will ask if I tried to stop sinning. He will ask me if I tried to save souls. He will ask me if I know what repentance means. I will have an answer. Will you?
Maybe you don't want to hear it because you love your sins more than you love Jesus. Sounds harsh, huh? I hope it convicts you.
